1) What is your ingame name?*: bigbadbrad501
2) How old are you? (Minimum Age: 14)*: 15
3) How long have you been playing on PVPNetwork?*: I started playing 1 day after it opened
4) What is your in-game rank?*: DemiGod/Iron
5) Have you been banned on PvpNetwork before? If so, what for?*: Have never been banned, Im a good boy Very Happy
6) What do you think the duties of a moderator are?*: To make sure all players are having an enjoyable time and to help new players get on with the server, also to deal people who try to wreak the server for others.
7) Do you have any experience as a staff member?*: i have been admin and co owner of a server about 2 years ago
