Hacker report template!

Well, so you're reporting a rule breaker of some sort? A hacker, advertising, Abuser or even someone who threatens DDoS attacks. This is a thread & format of what you've to use while reporting them! Please fill in correct format for Staff members to read quicker.

We highly dislike any rule breakers on this server so we like to remove them, fill this in to help in our process of making the server a better environment to play with legit players.
