Abusive Player Report Template!

Well, so you're reporting a Abusive Donator of some sort? This is a thread & format of what you've to use while reporting them! Please fill in correct format for Staff members to read quicker.
We highly dislike any rule breakers on this server so we like to remove them, fill this in to help in our process of making the server a better environment to play with legit players.

What have they done wrong:
What consequence do you think he should have:
What server did this take place:
Did any staff see the incident:
Any witnesses:
We hope all these idiotic people do not effect your time on the server, have fun and remember to go hard or go home!
